  Bosch authorized a free diagnostic on my 11 year old dishwasher. Repair person came out, took dishwasher apart gave me his thoughts on the leaking and assured me everything was working fine now. He also said he would call me a few days later to see how it was running. I initially had some difficulties contacting the company and had to call Bosch back for some assistance.

  "WORST SERVICE COMPANY EVER"!!! Do everything possible to "STAY AWAY " from using this company!!! Mark came to fix my Maytag dryer on November 29th, 2017. He acted like it was a bother to have to be there! He ripped it apart, put it back together,(and put 2 scratches in it), said he had to order a part and would be back next week. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called him back and he didn't have a clue who I was and knew nothing about the part he said he was ordering! He said he would check and call me back, but never did! After another week of calling him and getting no answer and leaving messages he finally answered his phone. Then he said he couldn't get the part, even though I found it online on multiple places that would ship it in 3-5 days! It is now January 7th, 2018, over 40 days since he first came out to my house, and I still don't have a working dryer!!!
